At Dictator Nutrition, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of nutraceutical and dietary supplement products, we maintain strict quality and hygiene standards. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.
- Returns
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on nutraceutical, dietary supplement, protein, vitamin, or wellness products once they have been delivered, except in the following situations:
You received a damaged product.
You received the wrong product.
The product was missing from your order.
The product was expired at the time of delivery.
The product’s seal was broken before delivery.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- How to Request a Return or Replacement
Please contact our customer support with the following information:

Clear photographs or video of the product and packaging
Description of the issue
Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
- Refunds
Refunds are approved only in the following cases:
The ordered product is unavailable after payment.
A damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect product was delivered and replacement is not possible.
Your order is cancelled before it is shipped.
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method.
- Replacements
Where possible, we will replace:
Damaged products
Incorrect products
Defective products
Products with broken seals upon delivery
Replacement requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery and supported with photographs or videos.
- Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Opened or used products
Products with tampered or broken seals after delivery
Products returned without original packaging
Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or handling by the customer
Products purchased during clearance or special promotional sales, unless received damaged or incorrect
- Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been packed or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If a replacement is approved, Dictator Nutrition will bear the shipping costs. - Important Disclaimer

Product results may vary from person to person. Refunds will not be issued based on individual expectations or perceived effectiveness of a product.
